Customer Service – Fish Shop
If you love customer service and working in a fast-paced environment in the CBD, look no further!
This customer service role in a fish shop has guaranteed full-time hours, will have a 7-day rostered schedule, and you’ll work within a great team environment.
This role requires a 3-month commitment and welcomes backpackers and students!
The Role:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Engage with customers and be able to upsell
- Answer any queries about purchases of packaged fish
- The shop is operational 7 days a week, and shifts can range between 6:30 am – 3:00 pm and 11 am – 8:00 pm
- 3-month minimum commitment
- CBD-based; no parking available
Skills & Experience
- Previous strong customer service experience
- Be a people-person and have some sales experience
- Ability to multitask and to work well within a team
- Must have perfect attendance
- Valid NZ working rights, immediate availability, and fluency in English
